Refund policy

We want you to love your towel as much as we loved making it. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

Towels should be unused and in their original condition.

All tags/packaging should be intact.

How it works:

Return/exchange requests are processed within 3–5 working days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

For exchanges, customers cover the delivery charges.

If your towel arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll cover all delivery costs.
